“Hello, World!” says Pooh.
“But, Pooh, the world can’t talk back to us,” worried Piglet.
“True,” Pooh thought, sitting down and rubbing his head. “But maybe if I say it loud enough, the world will hear me . . . and maybe if I say it every morning for forever, it will understand.” Pooh paused. “Do you think so, Piglet?”
“Well, I do suppose it is worth trying,” Piglet finally answered, putting his little paw in Pooh’s big brown one.
And so the two friends, every morning, would meet up outside their little hovels, turn and face the sunrise, and wish the world a cheery good morning.
Maybe one day, it will hear.
